"Yoga and I go way back. When I had my first baby I realized my schedule had less flexibility. I found myself at home wishing I had the time and child care so that I could go to the gym. That's when I started practicing yoga at home.
Now, fast forward 8 years, I have 3 kids and yoga still brings balance to my life. Practicing yoga from home allows me to complete a type of flow that serves me the best that particular day. From working on my mommy core to finding relief from a stressful day, I love my yoga!"
