Jackie is a U.S. Army veteran, registered nurse, certified Yoga teacher, wife, and most importantly a mom. She understands the struggle of taking time for self-care, and guilt associated with taking time for her well-being.
"I have been practicing Yoga since 2012 and it has truly changed my life. I've been able to turn to my Yoga practice to help with not only my physical health, but my mental health as well. Yoga has helped me find healing and peace with PTSD, anxiety and depression, as well as postpartum depression. It has helped me become a more patient and understanding wife and mother, and has given me a more positive outlook on life."
In 2017 Jackie decided to start sharing her Yoga practice with her local community and became a certified Yoga teacher. She now enjoys helping other women have Yoga in their lives through Stay at Home Yoga.
